2003 Malibu problems,need help

I have three problems that I would like fixed

1) when creeping along slowly(idle) - if I have the steering wheel turn right, I get a squeak from the right front as I go over bumps. Sound like the spring,but I can't understand why it appears only at very low speed and while turning the wheel right.

2) the driver side window if more than 3/4 down rattles upon closing the door. I made sure the regulator assy was tight and secure

3) Upon braking especially after driving for awhile - I get a "springy" sound when depressing the brake pedal.
