Rocker Panels

hey...I have a 94 Mark VIII and the drivers side rocker panel has rusted through where the sunroof drain leads to.(poor setup)

I was wondering if anyone knows a place to buy new or aftermarket panels..or if you know of anyone who has repaired themselves? What did you use for it? Please help! Its getting bad.
