4G94 and 4G63 question

I've been going throught the forum and found that its cost a lot and is a lot of work to put a 4G63 engine into a lancer. So why not just swap in the head of the 4G63 onto the 4G94?

i noticed that the 4G69 and The 4G63 are both MIVEC engines. So would the head of the 4G63 work better on 4G69. Then going with the whole 4G94 buttom end and 4G63 head.

Re: 4G94 and 4G63 question

They are different family of engines, you can tell that by the # after the g so I doubt it would work.
