Post just bought 95-F150 some problems, thanks!

As mentioned before in a post; air bag light blinks;
have a slight drain on battery (removed post and sparked upon
reconnect?).
Cruise-control burnt ( recall by FORD) anyone already been
through the recall? do they fix to work! or JUST replace the
wires and plug?
How to replace bulbs in dash? obtainable from back? or remove
entire dash face bezel?

Count the flashes and it will give you a code. Usually it is the clockspring under steering wheel. Is there any play in tilt column? Dash trim and bezel coms off easy and bulbs are easy to get to except the odometer bulbs. You will need a ampmeter to accuratly test the short on battery. How long does it take to drain the battery?
