There are two different 4G63s, the eclipse one, and the newer lancer evo one. The evo one will be more expensive, but bolt right in. There are lots of problems with dropping the eclipse version in there though. For example, the tranny and stuff faces the exact opposite direction. Good luck

Shouldn't this be in the Mirage Forum?
The swap is pretty straightfoward depending on the year Model of Mirage/Colt you want to swap the 4G63 into. If you're lucky enough to have one of the 89 Mirage/Colt Turbos with the 4G61T engine, then the 4G63 swap is a breeze, as the 4G63 will drop in with almost no modifications. Other model 89-93 Mirage/Colts can be converted to 4G63 engines but then you're going to have to swap in a DSM or Mirage Turbo wiring harness and find a set of motor mounts that'll work. Go to http://www.4g61t.com There are quite a few people on the board there that have done the 4G63 swap into a 89-93 car. if you have any questions about the procedure, they will be the ones able to answer them. Good luck.
