noise when applying brakes

Have a 96 dodge grand caravan w/ 137,000 miles on it which started making sort of a creaking noise occasionally when the brakes are applied. It makes this sound after you have been driving it for awhile non-stop and use the brakes then the sound gets worse. The noise is coming from the front passenger side. I have changed the brake pads, rotors, and recently changed the calipers thinking they may have been sticking, but it did not stop noise. Looked under the van in this area and could only find the rubber boots for the stabilizer bar links are torn and probably need changed along with bar bushings. Everything else seems fine. Don't think this would cause the noise from braking? Tried moving wheel around while I had it up and it did not have any play thinking maybe wheel bearing was bad. Would anyone have any idea what's causing this.
