Talking just bought a 92 firebird. engine swap and components.

got a firebird in my shop now and i had just found this site. YAY!! I was wondering if anyone knows how to better tune a 7.4 liter. I have an edlebrock intake with two 650cfm carbs. Im not sure if its too much or too little because the engine stutters when i step on the throttle. the transtmission is still out of the car, its a five speed with 373 gears in the back. The engine is out of my totaled nova. I had just invested in the parts listed above. everything is one right, i checked. The engine was dyno tested at 405 hp at 5400 rpm. I bought the engine from someone else who said they had already modified some of the internal components. I want to squeeze around 460_480 hp out of this engine. All i need is a little advise on tuning the carbs.

Thanx, i guess I'll howl at ya later then.
