Selling 2002 corolla

SO I'm selling my 2002 Corolla CE, I got an offer for 8,800. Wanted to know if people thought that was a good price.
It doesn't have power options, or cruise control, or CD player.
The front breaks need to be changed soon, and the front windshield is cracked so needs changing.
Has a clean title, but was involved in a minor accident so the bumper and something else has been changed.
Very nice condition inside, exterior has some scratches etc..nothing not normal.

SO...what do you think??
