cooling fans not working

I have a 2000 malibu cooling fans do not work.
Even when I turn air condition on fans will not turn on.
I changed the temperature sensor still dont work.
I unpluged the temp sensor and the fanns will turn on.
So I know the fans work.Checked fuses all good.
What else could this be? Help

The fans only turn on when it reaches a certain temperature. Are you certain it's getting hot enough for the fans to come on? Are you overheating?

What about your relays? The fan should definetely kick in with the a/c on.
