Removing Door Panel To Fix Door Handle
Hi. I am trying to remove the door panel to my 2003 Olds. Alero.
It has manual windows. I have loosened the panel, but cannot remove it because the manual window lever is still in the way. Q1) How do I get the lever out? Q2) The reason I am trying to remove the panel is that the door handle on the passenger side has come unhinged. I want to re-fit it and am thinking that removing the panel will let me do it. Any hints about these issues will be appreciated. Thanks lemon-car-buyer |

Re: Removing Door Panel To Fix Door Handle
There is a special tool that slides in behind the window crank and releases it. I appologize, but I can't remember what it's called.
