Buying used SiR V.S. Leasing new Si

What do you guys think would be better? Buying a used SiR with some miles on it and way more power, or just leasing a New Si for a few years? Im trying to figure this out....Im just wonderin about your opinions.....and hopefully soon lll be a happy civic owner.

The SiR and Si model vart depending on where in the world you are. A few more details would be nice, the SiR has been around in Japan since the 4th gen. and the Si since the 3rd gen.
