How much should a 2000 SiR cost?

How much should a 2000 CIvic SiR cost? (in Cdn $$) It has 50,000 kms and has a muffler, and air intake crankin 10 more bhp then stock makin it 170.
The guy is askin $22K (Cdn) so if you guys could help me out it would be a big help thanks.

I'd say that's an aright deal...... you can't find'em much cheaper than that, the cheapest i've seen is $19,000 for a 1999 with 60,000kms
