blower motor issues

Hello all. I have a minor problem with my heater. It is in an 89 PA w/ 180k and the blower motor appears to be fairly new.

Anyway, the blower fan will not stay shut off whenever I have the climate control on off (I've got the neat digital push-button type). It will erratically start up on it its own. Some of the time, it will shut off when I press my brakes but not all of the time.

Does anyone have any suggestions? It is more annoying than troublesome, but it would be great if anyone knew a quick fix for this.

Thanks
-Eric

"The blower motor appears new"

As far as I can tell, the climate control is original. I assume the push-button digitals hard to find in junkyards if you are asking where one could be found...

Sorry, can't help you on this one.
