Red face 95 Ford TAURUS WILL NOT START

95 Ford Taurus GL will not start radio lights etc working good. Car will not turn over.

What should I check first?

I promise I'm not trying to be an ass, but maybe if you posted this in the Taurus section, you may get some better responses. Its possible someone over there has had similar issues.

Anyway, if the power to the vehicle is good as you say, I would check the connection to the starter. Is the starter even making a noise? If not, first check fuses. If it is trying to start, maybe it's a fuel pump issue.

Other than that, I'm not sure what to check. Bnaylor3400 is a great person to answer stuff like this. He's a genius, in my opinion, when it comes to cars.

Thank yu so much for the reply it is comforting to know that someone is there and cares enough to send a reply and the car is now running. The car was not mine and a friend who had heard me talk about this great web site had called and had me ask for her. So thank you.
