I hate getting old"er"

I sound so much like my elders these days. from my driving to my" what is that crap you r listening to on the radio".
I have learned that quick starts and fast driving doesn't help in city driving.
I have learned that everyone doesn't like my music and esp. don't wanna hear it.
those aftermarket stove pipe mufflers just p*** off people and does not help the car.
AHHHHHHHHHH
wisdom is years.
A quote from my elders.
I hate that they were right!
LOL

But I guess immature is a part of youth.
to bad the youth is wasted on the young!

Just how old are you anyway? When you reach half a century like me then you will really get irritated at a lot of things. When I hit my mid 20's I thought the same thing, really hated that my parents were right about a lot of things. So now I am the parent and my kids are finding out that mom and dad know a lot more than they get credit for. Oh well there are a few benefits to age! Cheaper car insurance for one!

Yea, how old are you? Anyways, I'm 24 and I do notice very slight things that have changed, but not much. The one thing that has not changed and will never change is my passion for exotic cars and custom trucks. Everyone even the girl at work who is 29 tells me I'll grow out of it. I said no, not TRUE car enthusiasts ever grow out of it. She said well my exhusband and bf said the same thing and they changed. I said well they obviously havent been into cars since the day they were born.

I love my pipes. Every time I start my truck in the morning I remember why I like to be alive. I am attached to that sound. Exhaust is certainly good for the motor, and allows it to be easier on fuel.

As for around here(N AL) all stove pipes on vehicles smoke like diesels and sound like early 90 model grandam or grand prix.
And police luv them!
as for my age

Getting older is something that nobody can run away from but can be reduced, everyone hates to get old but the right thing is to accept it and reduce it by living healthy life style and the good thing about being old is the experience and the wisdom in the life.

Don't worry about out growing your love of cars! I am 50 and still love cars. Working on them, driving them, racing them and etc. So tell the girl at work that you will love cars till the day you die. Just remember, "Little boys never grow up their toys just get more expensive!"

Getting old is Good, to say the least. I just think back at all the stupid sh** I did and turn white from the thought of the times I could have been dead.
