Engine swap

i found an inj. 318 out of a 1991 dakota and i have a 1992 dakota with a inj. 318. (this way i can rebuild the new one and still drive my truck at the same time) just wanna check if anyone is sure that it will just drop right in or if i will have to make and changes/modifications. i plan on rebuilding the 318 almost back to completly stock, except for maybe exhaust headers and some other small items.
any ideas/comments will be greatly appreciated.

the 92 is a magnum and 91 is TBI it will bolt in but there are many other differences inside and out
