SHINEDOWN....Is an awesome heavy Rock band
If you like your music a liitle on the heavy side at times, Shinedown is a cd to buy. They are the band that Re-recorded Simple man by Lynard skynard, and have tons of other great songs. They will be the next big band!!!!!!!!!!!

They are a big band..?
There pretty good. I saw 'em live last year. Wouldn't consider them a real "heavy" rock band.

1, there about as heavy as a feather and 2, christian rock is not and never will be heavy.

Yea, Shinedown isn't heavy. Just rock. But there are harcore christian bands out there. Never knew Shinedown was a christian band.

After I heard them destroy simple man, i have refused to listen to any of their songs. If it comes on the radio, i turn it off, if a friend puts it on, i cut it off. That song seriously pissed me off.

there only good song is 'fly from the inside' from the grind soundtrack and i mean good on there standards not normal music.

I'm not into modern rock, but I've heard Simple Man from them. They killed the song; they can't compare to Skynyrd.

shinedown? nu-uh. sry, imo, they've got talent, but they're not for me, and they're most definitely, as everyone has jus said, not heavy.
