Belt Noise

I have a 2004 4 cylinder Sonata. I have had belt squeal on initial start up since I purchased the car. The dealer has replaced the belt twice and found nothing wrong with any pulley's or components. I do hear some A/C noise occasionally that sounds like the compressor clutch slips on engagement. That leads me to believe the A/C compressor probably binds and causes the belt squeal. Proving that to a dealer is a differnet matter.
Has anyone had ongoing belt noise issues with these cars. If it was fixed, what was the resolution?
