I have an 02 Cavalier and one remote stopped working. I replaced the battery and the trunk will opne but not the doors or alarm. How do I reprogram the remote?

Also, I have a Mazda MPV that I need a remote for. Where can I get one and program manual for the remote?

dealer programs them, and check on ebay thay have them cheep on there.
