i think there's a catch on the auction. it says $2900 for shipping and insurance, but why would he provide a "Buy it now" feature if the $2900 is only for shipping and insurance? It's just weird.

look at the buy it now button in his post. First of all ebay doens't provide an escrow service and if you click buy it now it goes to evay.*** or something like that. Definately a scam.

Yeah, definately say its a scam. 2F2F came out in 03 right? Theres no way that a car only got 200 miles in 2.5 years. Also correct me if I'm wrong but didnt the on in 2F2F have a manual?

I like how they add that it was his sons who had died earlier. Trying to get the sympathy going.

It could be real. It makes more sense to put up a car for 2900 that covers the shipping and all, then to put up a car that cost whatever PLUS the 2900 for shipping. If he really wants to get rid of it, it does make sense.

Also, why would you put someone elses name (even if it is from a movie) on the car?

Yeah. Also did you notice it was a private auction? If someone were to bid on it, their usernames are hidden so we cant try to warn them. Sounds like a big pile of BS to me.

thats the third time that things been on ebay in a month i love how ebay works great if you dont get scammed i guess but how often does that happen. hell i got some guy trying to sue me over rims he bought off me cause i didnt ship them for 3 days cause he only paid me half the money i told the cop that called me that i would ship them and if i didnt get the other half in three days i would sue them and the cops
