ok so i got my mpfi stuff doen a while back and wel lym throttle is stickin open alittle bit causing it to run at about 2000 rpm while jsut sitting around unless you pull the accel pedal up then it goes to a normal idle. the thign is the throttle isnt the origianl i got with my "kit" and i had to get a "new" one but the dashpot was different so i swapped them over. coudl this have screw up how that specific throttle works.

Re: sticky throttle
You could try WD40. You sure your throttle cable isn't snagging? Hmm...

Re: sticky throttle
well actually it was the throttle itself. it was jsut stickin inside and well ican strip it down to rebuild it so im doing the oh so pain in the ass sensor swap. the throttle on there now has a broken sensor but it works so im drillding cutting and tapping it out.
