wiper arms
on my 98 grand marquis the wiper arms do not go to park but stop in the up position. any help???

This is a common problem. Change wiper motor yourself for about $50 or $60 or take it to dealer for about $200+.

I have seen a bad signal switch do that also.

Turn turn signal windshield wiper switch to OFF position.
Disconnect connector from windshield wiper motor. Check for continuity between Circuits 28 (BK/PK) and 58 (W). Is there continuity? yes? no ? Quote:
