93 talon/91 engine
all right i bought a 93 talon with an automatic trans and no engine in it
the car came with an engine out of a 91 eclipse with a standard trans the guy i bought off of said he tried to install it but the tranny wouldnt bolt up is there a plate or something to bolt the trans up or do they use a slightly different block?

It may be the engine is built for an automatic? Not sure on that though. If it has a flywheel then it should bolt right in if the trans is a manual. But if it has a torque converter it won't bolt right in. Not exactly sure on what you mean though. SOme more details would help.
