Hign Idle

When starting the NEON, it starts up with a VERY HIGH IDLE then goes down to normal idle. Is that normal or is there a issue. NO check engine light.THANKS

Could be your TPS acting up on you.

Wheres the TPS located, and can It be changed with a new one. Thanks for your reply.

It should be mounted on the driver side of the throttle body. Yes you can change it. Runs about $50 from auto parts stores.
