Windows fog up

I am just wondering if anyone else is having this same problem. I have had (2) Lincoln's, a 91 town car and a 97 continental. Both cars have terrible window defrosters. They sound like they would blow the roof off, but fog up very quickly. Bad enough where you need to open a window to help defog.
The more people in the car, the worse it is. Like I said the fan is strong, but does not clear the windows very good. All windows fog up, front, rear and sides.
I remember hearing that Fords do not incorperate the AC with the defroster which does not take the moisture out of the air. I have had many chevy's and never had this problem.
If there is a problem, I would like to get it fixed.

Have you tried the anti fog "stuff"? I have used that before it's ok but cost a few bucks. I use to use a old pamolive trick a window guy taught me. Apply a little pamolive on a towel and rub all over...not too much or you'll foam! LOL don't wash it off! Try that if you fog up real bad. Hmmm by the way..why are your windows fogging up so much? LOL Just kiddin!

Re: Windows fog up

I have a 99 conti and it does the same thing.not as bad as yours but the book that came with my car says to turn your front defoger on for a minute or 2 and that will stop it.works on mine dont know about yours.good luck with it.
