Town car ASC sun roof & ABS box

Hello

I have a 91 Cartier Town Car with the ASC sunroof, it has never worked since I got the car and wanted to get it working again. When you push the button nothing happens, I can't hear the motor or anything. I have checked all the fuses and can't find any blown. Does anyone know if there is a remote fuse for this some where? The ABS dosent work either. The light on the dash is lit, the owners manual says that when the light is on the system is by passed. Would like to get the asb working again as well. I am not exactly for sure the box is really the problem, any sugestions guys ?
