no power!!!

I am so mad! Last week I replaced my heater core. When I dropped the steering column I ruined the back of the ignition switch, so I replaced that. Things were great for 4 or 5 days. Last night driving home from work, I stopped at the store, turned the car off for 30 minutes. When I came back out, I had trouble starting it. It seemed to be "chugging". It finally did start and got me the tree miles to home. When I got home, I shut it off and tried to re-start it. NOTHING! Just all the dash warning lights came on and stayed on. The ignition switch now feels different. It's just a free turn, really smooth with no stops. I'm now on a mission!
My rad was running really hot and the rad fan wasn't coming on. I planned on putting a new thermostat in it today. Did I do something wrong? Has anyone ever heard of this? Somebody please help?

Re: no power!!!

Sounds like the ignition switch went bad on you again. Take it back and get another.
