question about engine swaping
i have found a 97 Talon Tsi awd shell(without tranny). i want to put the tsi fwd engine from my 91 talon in it. would any tranny from 95-99 eclipse/talon work with it. or do i have to make sure that the tranny need to come from an awd.

I'm pretty sure the engine is good, and could be made to fit with minimal modification. But you definately need an awd tranny for the awd shell.
