Exclamation 1991 sunbird 2.2L

oil light comes on and check engine light comes on

I got a 1991 Sunbird(not called sunfire yet) it is a 2.0L 4 cycl (i think it is a 4 speed auto. trans) Ive bought the car for $400 and it had about 130,000 on it and the reason it was a low price was because it was filled with cig. ashes about an inch in the center counsel. Ive seeen lately when ive been driving it and come up to a stop light the car would go into rough idle and the oil lght would come on. Not sure why? Ive changed the spark plugs and wires out, and the distributator. the plugs were those new bosch platnum 2. it has missed once so i took it to mechanic and he had changed the coil wire cause it was bad and he had told me that other ppl have taken their car to him for those spark plug problems and he had found outt that the spark gets trapped back in that ceramic covering over the lead and it would miss but i havent had any problem with them yet. On start up i would turn the blower on and me and my dad checked the battery and the blower made the alternator drop to about 14 or almost to the lowest point where the battery would be dead(would have enough power). ive been hearing a clicking noise coming from a relay thaat i found out and it would dim the head lights every time it would click. We think that the relay runs to the fule pump. the relay is right in front of driver on firewall. We have changed some cracked vaccume hoses. I was just wondering if the alternator is going bad ? And for the oil light we have changed last oct. and havent seen it get dirty yet. we are not sure why?
something else to add on cold mornings i accelerate and then car just tries to go but something is holding it back from going. almost feels like it is missing. this might be some help.(bogging) I guess.

ok i took apar the fule pump relay and found that that thier side around the plugs were melted. when i was looking at engine i seen that the wires around the relay had electrical tape around then and that it was all bunched up/melted around the relay. Is their a short?

found out what was casueing some problems. my dad had decided to check the pvc house for mt e carberatour to the crank case. the hose was all gummed up. their was a thing inside of the hose to venalate the crank shaft that was gummed up too. still going to check the fule pump relay.
