Question Hasegawa Kits,Are they Any Good?

Quick question for all you lads and lasses(don't forget the laydees!) out there.... Are Hasegawa kits any good?
The reason i ask is i've been offered one it's tha Toyota Corrolla wrc kit in 1/24th scale and i've never built any Hasegawa's not too common in U.K well not in my local shop anyway.
Should i go for it or just stick to Tamiyas which as we all know are excellent kits!
Would be happy to hear your opinions

Hasegawa race car kits are typically on par with Tamiya. Their road car kit can be hit or miss...

The Hasegawa kits have more realism in the use of photo etched parts and real selt belts and buckles as compared to the tamiya decaled seat belts (definitly more challenging)

I am at preasent building a hasegawa subaru impreza WRC rally car from 93- 94 season check out the seat belt work

The few that i have done have been fairly good, although i found there decals to be rather thick and were cracking when trying to mold them around things.
Overall they are a good kit

you won't be dissapointed! hasegawa kits are great
i think fit wise they are a little worse than tamia, but on average have more pieces and more detail
so it's a fair tradeoff
