Question Hella vs. Piaa

In addition to my aftermarket stero I'm going to be installing soon, I was also considering adding Driving lights on either side of my front license plate. I've narrowed it down to 2:

http://www.hella.com/produktion/Hell.../FF50/FF50.jsp

and

http://www.piaa.com/Lamps/Lamp-pages/p-1000xt.html

I'm having a hard time choosing between the two brands. I know the PIAA's are a lot more money, but are they better? Anyone have the experience between the two brands? Any help will be apreciated..

Ten trillion to start with, increasing as needed from there, PLUS compensation for the sickened, and "wrongful death" settlements for the families of those who didn't survive. END trade with Communist China.

It's more for looks, and those idiots that pull out in front of you. Also you can't use your high beams all the time.
