seat belts in 5-series, E34 and E39

Hi there

I'm thinking of buying a used BMW 525, approximately 8-10 years old, not now, but in the not so distant future. Since I already have two kids (and no intention of stopping there) -- I'd like to have three 3-point seat belts in the back... now, my question, that I've failed to find a good response to, neither in text nor in images, is:

Which 5-series BMWs have three 3-point seat belts in the back?

Or more specifically: will the E34 or E39 fulfill that need? How about the touring models? has BMW managed to combine the middle 3-point seat belt with foldable seats?

I'll continue my quest to find this information (along with any other relevant information before buying such a used car). To have such a car on Danish plates, importing it from Germany, I expect to end up at approximately 12.000-15.000 € -- so I'd like to plan it thoroughly.
