Question how to install type-r cams in 91integra??

alight ppl this what i have (91 integraw/b18head.vtec conversion./b16tranny{mt}./stage4 race clutch./spoon chipped ecu vtec engage at 4000rpm+no revlim but i shift at 7500-8000rpm./b20b block) thats what i already done to my "mutt"

i have a set of type r cams&springs and i want to install them on my own...cuz i don't have the money to pay some one to do it i got 3 quest. other than the subject1.is it verrrrry hard
2.r the "drop in"
3. do i need the retainers some on told me that the titainium ones are good but if i don't hav'em than i could use the ones that are already in thur if i need them were can i get retainers

please no flamin

the February '06 issue of Import Tuner has a full write up on how to install cams on a b-series engine as well, complete with instructions and color picutres

thanks i just got them in the mail there stageII type r cams from XSsport
they came with some dual springs..cool so ill check out these sites and ill post hp gains and posibly a vid.
