transmission coolant lines

i have a 92 dodgr ran 3/4 ton pickup. It has the cummins turbo diesel in it. The transmission coolant line that connects close to the radiator then goies straight down has a hole in it. I have been told that this part is obsolete. The transmission hose is 1/2 i.d. All the automotives stores don't have it. I even checked 2 rubber hose companies in town. Can anyone help me locate this part.

It's my understanding that alot of the cooler lines are available from tha auto parts stores like NAPA, but I'm not into Cummins. I will try to help. Is this just a piece of rubber hose or is it rubber and have special ends on it? Is it molded in a special shape?
My parts book shows 2 different setups
with intercooler
or
without intercooler
Which one is yours?
