intake manifold gasket

I just had the intake manifold gasket replaced. The engine went out about 700 miles after the gasket was replaced. I had the oil analyzed and there was high amounts of antifreeze in the oil. The shop that replaced it does not want to do anything about the problem so I may be taking them to court. I know that if it is not done right this can happen. What is your take on this? Any info you have would be greatly appreciated.

There is alot of information left out of your post.
How long was your intake leaking?
Did the repair facility change the oil?
What exactly happened to your engine? (engine going out is not an answer, be specific)

Coolant in the oil will attack bearing surfaces and create concerns.
