help engine swap 2.3l to 2.4l

hi i have a 98 cavalier 5 speed 2.4l dohc 16 valve motor and its bad will a quad 4 16v dohc motor bolt up and are they like the same motor its in a olsmobile achieva i think its a 96

I'm not sure on this one. I would dought that it would just bolt up. But if you have the know-how you could covert the engine and tranny and the wiring. But I am trying to remember 2.3's and I can't
