need catalytic help!

I have a 1994 t-bird W/4.6L. Catalytic converters went bad whut im going to do is cut them out and replace with pipe.O2 sensors hook into the converters.Im leaving them out as well other than check engine lite will come on whut other problems will I encounter.[other than its illegal]

Tip dont try this it runs worse now than it ever did.When it idles it does sound cool like a race cam.But runs like crap.Dont try this unless you can reprogram the computer to calibrate for o2 sensors.

Get O2 sensor eliminators and it should all smooth out.
