ECM Issues

I have kinda a big issue I have a 93 ford probe 4cyl with the ECM in side of the distributor and I cant find one to replace it, all the ones that I can find are ECM's that are external. Does anyone know if there is a way to hook up an external ECM into one that is internal?

If anyone has a suggestion please let me know..
