interior leak from rain

I resently bought a 1996 Sunfire and I've noticed that the last several times it's rained, my rear passengers side floor has a puddle in it. There is no noticeable leak from the window or sunroof, the puddle just appears in the carpet. It isn't coming from underneath, cause it will be there in the morning before I even drive it. I did notice some small gaps in the rubber in the roof area and used RTV to fill and seal them. We haven't had rain since I sealed them, so I don't know if that was the problem. Does anyone know of any other places I should check to see if that is were it's leaking from.

It could be your quarter glass,rear window,sunroof drains,door weather strip.Is your trunk wet?Look in the spare tire well.

Even though I only got one reply to this post, I guess there must be other Sunfire owners that have or had this same problem with their car, so I'm going to let you know what I discovered to solve it.
As the above post suggested, maybe the sunroof drain. Sure enough, if the sunroof drain gets clogged up, it overflows into the windshield channel and runs down behind the kickplate cover and under the carpet. You'll never see any leaks until your floors have large pools of water in them. I used an air compressor and blow the blockage out of the drain tubes. I also pulled the carpet up to let it air dry. It's been over a week and the padding is still very wet, but no more leaks. The padding really soaks up the water and takes a long time to dry out. At least I found the problem.
If you ever find puddles of water in your carpets, check the sunroof drains first.
