Well i did the first two coats of paint today. Next step is to do the clear coat and window frames. Tell me what you think about it so far. Im proud of the shine i have already, without clear coat and all that i thkn it looks pretty good lol. I will post more pics after the clear coat is on and once the interior is finished. Thanks

Re: Aoshima a'pex rx7 WIP

Well im really dissapointed right now. When i came back the next day after i painted the last coat of paint, i noticed that it was very uneven and in some places were very over-painted. Besides that im not very impressed with the paintcolor, so i will return to the hobby shop as soon as i can and get new paint and also get some brake fluid so i can strip the paint. So as soon as i get new paint i will be back on this model. Any comments as for the new color will be great, im almost thinking just do the white. lol thanks and sorry for the crappy ending so far, hopefully it will be back up soon.

Re: Aoshima a'pex rx7 WIP

Man that sucks....As for your next paintjob, If you use Testors or Model Master paint, make sure the paint is very well shaken up and if you can, put the can in a container of warm water to get the paint moving faster inside. Your paintjob should turn out considerably better. As for color, Black....
