my father in laws wipers are acting up. they were moving somewhat but now they quit alltogether. i think its the motor but wanted to know if could be anything else. If it is the motor where is it.

The wiper motor is on the passenger side, near the firewall. Double check the linkage, also known as a wiper transmission, they are known to get sloppy and bind up, causing the wipers to become inoperative.
