My Sick Catera

My current Catera problems:
1) No heat/air/defrost etc.
2) Seat warmers stopped working
3) During the summer temp. gauge would temporarily increase to the red zone, car would shut down but start back up within a few minutes

Has anyone else had these problems?? Anyone know the possible causes and/or solutions?
