TPS adjust

I need to adjust my throttle position sensor. How do I do this on a 97 metro 1.3l automatic. thanx in advance.

The Haynes manual covers it pretty good but its too involved for me to type it and the you still wouldn't have the pics.The manual is only 18 bucks
