Any ABS out there?

I have a 94 PA Ultra with a misbehaving ABS. Is there any experts out there who know what components are in the system.
I know there are wheel sensors, a brake switch, and the ECM in the system, but think there is more,

The problem started after driving through a rainstorm. The problem is that after put the car in gear, the ABS comes on immediately. Sometimes it comes on without moving the car. After moving the car a bit, the ABS and traction control lights come on indicating a fault has occurred and turns the system off. What components do I check. I've already tried resetting the computer via a power off/on. Also, does fuse 8B disable the system?

Re: Any ABS out there?

It needs to be scanned with an abs function scanner to look at codes and comparative wheel speeds, for a proper diagnosis.
