what could be the problem?

ok when i drive my car, the first time i noticed it was today in second gear is where i notice it most, when i hit the gas the car kinda lunges back and forth like its shaking or not getting enough fuel and its kinda lacking power. now i notice it in third gear also. what could it be?

also, my heat doesnt work, if this is because my thermostat is bad, would that also make my temp guage read funny?

also also check the vacuum line for the FPR, if its got a crack thats only sometimes open, like when you let off the gas and the engine moves in its mounts a bit, then it will loose vacuum and raise fule pressure sending the motor unexpected fuel causings it to buck.
