Heater blower does not work

I have a 1990 Seville and the heater blower does not work, I have replaced the blower and it still does not work, any suggestions?

Is it getting power? It could also be the control module for it.

I have a 1985 Seville that is having the same problem. I just replaced the fan motor. I don't think it is getting power. I have checked all of the fuses but my friend(mechanic) thinks it could be a relay switch. Any suggestions?

Also, where is there a wiring diagram available for this model?
