Angry 98 Cavilier HeadrestRemoval ????

need help i need to no how to remove the headrest on a 98 cav i want to put seat covers on i have and need to remove the seat belt shroud and it looks to me the only way to get that off would be to remove the headrest can anybuddy help me out ???????????????????????

Supposedly you can take a paperclip and stick it down in the square section on the side of the plastic peice that the headrest slides into. Then pull the headrest out. Hope this makes sense. Haven't tried this myself but have heard that's the way to do it.
