96 J G Cherokee No dash power after stereo replacement.

I replaced the factory stereo in my 96 Jeep grand cherokee and had to take out the amp to get my speakers to work again. I cut the plugs that went into the amp and took it out completely. I then traced and spliced the wires to get the system back in working order. It was an amazing Pain in the a$$. Now the stereo sounds great but my dash power is totally gone. The guages and everything are all dead. Any ideas?

Re: 96 J G Cherokee No dash power after stereo replacement.

It was just the cluster fuse. i replaced that and I am back in business. I forgot to unhook the neg battery cable when I unplugged and cut the amp wires. Look out, I'm a rocket scientist. Ha.
