New Tires and Wheels on a Budget
I have a 2002 4dr Civic LX and I currently have the stock tires and wheels. I was wondering if it would be worth waiting and saving up for larger tires and wheels (like 17's or 18's) or would it just be better to save money and buy 15's and like a set of Potenza RE92s to fit it? I read that if I increase my tire and wheel size it would decrease the performance of the car assuming i dont have the engine mods to make up for it in speed. So, if anyone has any information or ideas that would help, thank you.

I recommend sticking with 16s. 17/18s are way too big for an underpowered Civic. get 16x7" with 42-44 mm offset and 205/45x16" tires and you'll be cooking
