motor swap
i have an 89' 240 and bought a 96' ka24 and its missing the harness and ecu. do i have to use that year harness and ecu or will a different year work? will any 95-96' model harness and ecu work?

yes any 95-96 harness will work...i believe you can use the harness and ecu all the way up to 98'
